Q: Where are you located?
A: We are located at Mile Marker (MM) 62.3 Oceanside. This is about 10 minutes north of the city of Marathon.

Q: How far are you from Miami? Key West?
A: We are about 2 hours south of Miami International Airport and about 1 hour from Key West.

Q. Is there a minimum stay requirement?
A: Yes. There is a 3 night minimum stay throughout the year. During certain times of the year (Christmas, New Year's,
Sport Lobster season, Opening week Lobster season, Easter, and Thanksgiving.) there will be a 7 night minimum stay required. As we get closer to the requested arrival dates, we
may waive the minimum requirements.

Q. How many rooms do you offer?
A: We have 9 stand alone cottages and 2 apartments and an efficiency.

Q: Do you have a restaurant on your property?
A: No. There are a number of restaurants in the area that offer a wide variety of food and service.

Q: Do you have a pool? Beach?
A: Yes we do. Our pool is heated in the winter. We also have a Natural sandy beach that overlooks the Atlantic Ocean.

Q: Do you allow small pets?
A: No. We do allow service animals and seeing-eye dogs as per Federal Law, but we cannot allow any pets.

Q: I want to bring my boat, do you offer dockage? And if so, how much is it?
A: No problem, we do offer boat dockage. There is a charge of $1.25 per foot (ft.), per day, for the use of the docks.

Q: Do you rent boats/watercraft?
A: No. We provide a complementary two person Kayak with every unit. For boat rentals or other watercraft, there are a number
of local vendors. The closest to us would be Duck Key Marina and Coconut Palmas.

Q: What are the nearest airports?
A: We are closest to Marathon Airport with connecting flights from Ft. Lauderdale and Ft. Myers. Key West is the next
closest with most major airlines. Miami and Ft. Lauderdale are other popular airports.

Q: Do you offer Discounts from national organizations (AAA, AARP, ect...)?
A: Yes. We offer 10 percent discounts for AAA and AARP members with valid membership cards.

Q: How far in advance should I book my reservation?
A: We recommend that you book as soon as your confirmed on your dates. For the best choice of available cottages, the earlier
you book, the better. For High traffic dates (i.e.. Memorial Day, Labor Day, Christmas, New Years, Easter, ect...) we recommend at least 4 months in
advance as we book up very quickly for these times.

Q: How do I check availability and make reservations?
A: For availability and reservations, you can use our online reservation system. Otherwise you can email us, or call us at 800-330-1577. Our office is open to help you Monday through Saturday
from 8 AM - 6 PM Eastern Time.
